Book: From Apex to Abyss

The Western countries, especially the United States of America, are in decline. Our infrastructure is crumbling, our institutions are failing and our societies are becoming more and more unstable, and no end seems in sight. Why are American and Western companies lagging behind in comparison to their Asian competitors? Why is the American educational system failing and turning out less innovators than in the past? Why are our democracies becoming more corrupt and less democratic? Why are we becoming poorer, while many non-Western countries seem richer as the years have passed by?

All of these negative developments can be traced back to just a handful of biological changes that have occurred over the past decades in the United States. Other Western countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada and most European countries are also affected. Some of the many biological developments that have caused this catastrophic decline is a significant drop in IQ on both a population and individual level, but also in testosterone levels, just as obesity and narcissism rates have gone up. Other biological factors also tie into what is a compelling explanation of why the United States - and the West - are in decline.
